Since their west coast operations were ended in the second game they’ve moved to the East Coast and found themselves taken over by President Eden. It is my belief that the Enclave as a faction was used very poorly in Fallout 3. I’m just discussing them from a story and game perspective. I’m not trying to defend the Enclave or say they’re good guys like some edgelords here do.
